“A Signature Rendering of a Burning Engagement with Sound”

My main musical influences are Nujabes, Kanye West, Tame Impala (Kevin Parker), Green Day, 2814 (HKE & Telepath), and Halo Acid (Immune).

Each of those artist have cultivated a signature approach to the genres they are associated with. Their execution of the craft has left a substantial impact on my approach to music, and has influenced the compositional elements utilized in the production of Burning Engagement. The eclectic hip hop percussion influenced by Nujabes and Ye, the psych rock elements influenced by Kevin Parker, the moments of powerful expressions of energy influenced by Green Day’s approach to Punk Rock, the warping hypnotic ambient soundscapes derive from the influence of 2814 and the elements of Dreampunk, the techno/house/dance percussive elements inspired by Halo Acid’s unique sound and production style. Burning Engagement is intended to be a cohesive Hypnotic/dreamlike experience guided by eclectic percussion. A psychedelic journey. Background music during a workout, or when gaming. A unique experience for any active or passive listening.
